We provide on-going support, advice and guidance from the full recruitment cycle through to termination of employment and everything in between.

If you are a small organisation, can you afford an in-house HR department? Employing a full time HR person can be uneconomical/risky and long winded.
Ad hoc packages can be tailored to suit your organisation from a one off project to Retainer contract.

We can provide the necessary services at a fraction of the cost, giving you the benefit of accessing up-to-date Employment Regulations, HR knowledge and skills.

Pay As You Go:
  • Our Pay-As-You-Go scheme delivers HR support and advice as and when needed.
  • Costs are estimated on a case by case basis and quotations provided prior to any work commencing.
  • For simple requests which need a quick response, we offer solutions determined on a 15 minute basis.
  • For face to face meetings, drafting letters etc we quote at an hourly rate.
  • Any requirements for additional work will be outlined.
  • Work will commence once authorisation is obtained.

Yearly Retainer: Confidence and Support: A yearly retainer offers you:
  • One hour of advice and support per month.
  • Access to 12 hours of support and advice at any time during the year.
  • A twice-yearly newsletter will be available.

If you do not use your 12 hours within the year you can roll over any unspent time, or we can offer you the following:
  • Training/workshop on policies and legislations.

Block Contract: Under this scheme, you can access our HR support and solutions for specific projects and we quote accordingly on a project by project basis.
  • We will work with you to define our remit and project outcomes and ensure your business goals are supported.
